Fabricom has been awarded the Helicopter Hangar Project on Stafjord B
Statoil has awarded Fabricom the contract for installation of a new helicopter hangar on the Statfjord B platform.
Fabricom has EPCI responsibility (engineering, procurement, construction and installation) for the project, which has an estimated value of more than NOK 100 million.
The existing helicopter hangar will be removed and a new aluminium helicopter hangar for the AWSARhelicopter shall be installed (All Weather Search & Rescue helicopter).
The project will last for 18 months and will employ approximately 50 people.
