Fabricom wants everyone to come home safe. The company is committed to the highest HSE standard, which is reflected in recent HSE results.
Fabricom
’s management system for HSE consist of the environmental system certified according to ISO 14001 and the system for work environment according to NORSOK S-006.
A business culture revolving around HSE does not occur by itself; Fabricom
’s employees work tirelessly to maintain awareness of safety, risk and maintaining preventive actions through training, ceaseless communication, organization and use of safe and proper equipment.
Another important success factor is the HSE cooperation between management and the employees
’ representatives. Fabricom also includes subcontractors in all HSE work and align its HSE work to clients
’ HSE requirements.
