Risk arises at all levels and in all phases of our operations. Risk management enables Fabricom to control the risk connected to our activities.
The Risk Management process in Fabricom is defined as a six stage activity: Initiate, identify, estimate, evaluate, plan, and manage.
By monitoring and reviewing the risk on a regular basis, Fabricom mitigate some of the uncertainties.
