Improvement: Raising the bar
The Quality Management System (QMS) is used to map out and utilise ideal work processes at Fabricom.
Fabricom’s feedback and reporting system Synergy is used for experience transfers and allows each employee to register experiences and suggestions for improvement.
The whole organization benefits from this system; a better tie-in between operation and management makes improvement a natural part of the way we work.
Through improvement proposals recorded, Fabricom is able to identify and utilize spesific ideas and experience quickly and efficiently, and have them implemented in our QMS.
Fabricom’s aim is to run a continual improvement process for the clients’ benefit.
